ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS of this Demand Planner Specialist include the following.

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and 4-5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in the sales, supply chain, consulting supply chain, or operations. 

• Ability to effectively organize and present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. ·       

• Proficient in Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 

• Experience and proficient in Oracle, Forecasting tools, and analytics tools.

• Ability to utilize advanced supply chain tools if the company chooses to implement a new tool.  

• A solid understanding of ERP data and transaction flows; ideally Oracle ERP.

• MBA or APICS Certification preferred but not required.
