CWS Safety & Training Specialist
QUALIFICATIONS
- Effective coaching and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote) & other computer programs

- Ability to create and maintain training matrix and team member records and other reporting as required

- Proficient with federal, state, and local laws, codes, regulations and terminology relating to occupational medicine, safety, and ADA requirements
- Ability to learn and become proficient at the manufacturing and production skills necessary to effectively train new team members
- Must have ability to work a flexible schedule and rotate between shifts as training needs dictate
EDUCATION
- At least five years of experience in related field highly desired
- Experience developing, implementing and administering factory-based training programs
- OSHA 500 & 510 certified

position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a trainer
and coach

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Modern office environment
including access to computer facilities is provided. A team member in this
position works in an environment in which safety, environmental and health
concerns may demand constant attention. Strict adherence to Company policies,
rules, and regulations in these areas is required. A team member in this position must focus on
customer's expectations, prevent problems, and strive for continuous
improvement resulting in improved results for themselves, customers and other team
members.
PHYSICAL
DEMANDS
While performing the duties of
this job, the team member is regularly required to talk or hear. The team
member is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or
feel; and reach with hands and arms. The team member is occasionally required
to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The team member must
frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to
25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision,
distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability
to adjust focus.

Limited travel (<25%) is
expected for this position
LOCATION
This position is based in Ocala, Florida. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. It will be the responsibility of the successful candidate to arrange accommodation to Ocala.
