CWS Production Supervisor
TECHNICAL SKILLS
OR CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Five years of proven progressive supervisory or management experience in an assembly-oriented environment (windows or related preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), JIT, and continuous improvement practices are essential.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Positive team member communication skills in both a written and verbal form
- Computer literacy to include MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to establish priorities, work both independently and as a “team member” and proceed with objectives without daily guidance.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent
Specialist areas of experience preferred:
2-Year Degree preferred

SUPERVISORY
RESPONSIBILITY
This position manages all hourly
team members of the departments and is responsible for the performance
management and hiring of the team members within that department.

While performing the duties of
this job, the team member is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles,
moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment
and job sites can be loud.
PHYSICAL
DEMANDS
While performing the duties of
this job, the team member is regularly required to talk or hear. The team
member frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or
feel; and reach with hands and arms. The team member is occasionally required
to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The team member
must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or
move up to 70 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include
close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth
perception and ability to adjust focus.
TRAVEL

travel is expected for this position.
LOCATION
This position is based in Ocala, Florida. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. It will be the responsibility of the successful candidate to arrange accommodation to Ocala.
