EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent years of experience in the relevant field

At least one year of previous supervisory experience

Experience in field work and heavy customer contact

Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field

5+ years of Field Service Experience

5+ years of Customer Service Experience

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

The Field Service Manager supervises all team members of the Field Service department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the team members within that department.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The team member frequently is required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, or crouch.

Overnight trips are required, based on scheduling. Travel approximately 25% to alternate sites and possibly to sales conferences or customer site
