TECHNICAL SKILLS OR CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Minimum one year related experience

Proficient in English – Verbal and written communication skills

Professional phone etiquette and a clear speaking voice are essential to the position

Strong computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), as well as having the ability to learn proprietary software

Must have excellent math skills

Ability to communicate effectively with customers, both written and verbal, in a detailed, organized approach

Solid work ethic in terms of having a sense of urgency, ownership of projects, solid attendance/ tardiness track record
EDUCATION

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
