Customer Service Representative / Quoting
Job qualifications for this customer service representative include but are not limited to:

One year certificate from college or technical school; or Associate's Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Proficiency with Microsoft® Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint software applications

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume

Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry

Ability to moderately type and proficiently use computer and phone systems
-
Ability to navigate web based applications
-
Develop proficiency in Pella proprietary software

Strong verbal and written communication

Available to work between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Saturdays are optional based on customer demand.
