Qualifications

• Pursuing a B.S. from a four-year college or university in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Finance or Data Science
• Strong academic candidate with Leadership Experience both inside and outside the classroom

Analytics capabilities:

• Collecting, analyzing and interpreting data 
• Capable of using and applying simple statistics calculations and basic business metrics
• Able to identify patterns and trends in data sets

Software application or capabilities:

• Statistical, database, and mapping applications, among others
• Above average experience with Microsoft Excel 
• Able to draw actionable conclusions using data
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI a strong plus

Cross functional collaboration & integration:

• Working with teams members and customers within the business to define deliverables
• Identifying new data analysis processes
• Ability to present complicated data concepts in simple, easily understood ways
• Ability to effectively communicate to technical and non-technical team members utilizing written and verbal skills, including presentations to small and large groups
