Customer Acquisition and Retention Specialist
ESSENTIAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS CUSTOMER ACQUISITION
& RETENTION SPECIALIST INCLUDE:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university w/ degree in business or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing environment with key role developing and executing strategies/tactics within that environment.
- 2+ years of experience with lead generation and marketing automation platforms required.
- Experience within the building materials industry preferred.
- Understands business to business strategies to assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies.
- Experience with the creation and management of digital content across a wide spectrum of digital channels.
- Ability to build business cases leveraging data and customer insights as rationalization for new activity or program recommendations.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook required.
- Preferred background with CRM platform.
- The position may require travel (approx. 10 percent).

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read,
analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial
reports, and legal documents. Ability to
respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies,
or members of the business community.
Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to
prescribed style and format. Ability to
effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards
of directors. Ability to give prepared speeches to public groups.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as
ROI in business and specific marketing applications, fundamentals of CAGR,
discounts and commissions. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions,
percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations such as media
performance analysis, reporting revenue growth and market share gain.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data,
establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive
variety of abstract and concrete variables to build a business case or
rationale for decisions.
