Job qualifications for this correspondence specialist include but are not limited to:

  • Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school

  • One-year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is desirable

  • Proficient with application of writing skills including sentence structure, grammar, and spelling

  • Proficiency with Microsoft® Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint software applications

  • Ability to moderately type and proficiently use computer and phone systems

  • Ability to navigate web based applications

  • Develop proficiency in Pella proprietary software

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Available to work a shift between the hours of 7a.m. to 5p.m. Monday through Friday, some occasional weekends when necessary for customer demand
