SKILLS

• Analytical Modeling:

Successful candidates will have extensive experience with financial modeling in excel, discounted cash flow (DCF) modeling, and advanced excel formulas, data analysis tools, and reporting.

• Critical Thinking & Reasoning:

Successful candidates are comfortable analyzing complex businesses despite incomplete or ambiguous data. Candidates will apply an investigative approach to fill in missing data and perform sensitivity analysis to explore relevant plausible outcomes.

• Financial Acumen:

Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of income statement and/or operating P&L approach to financials, including operating cash flow. Detailed understanding of balance sheet and connection to income statement and common treatment of Tax and GAAP accounting is a plus. Candidates will have experience in common approaches to variance analyses between period financials.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in finance, accounting, business administration or equivalent experience. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in role directly involved in financial modeling, financial analysis, or business financial performance.
