Corporate Architectural Consultant

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and 10+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA is a plus. Experience in architectural / customer-facing activities such as sales, distribution, and merchandising will also be critical for success.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, financial reports, legal documents, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from top management, groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to understand financial mathematical models and apply to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to negotiate effectively may be needed from time to time.

Word, Excel, Power Point, Oracle

None required. Architectural experience will be a plus.
