B.S. from a four-year college or university in an Engineering field.

academic candidate with Leadership Experience both inside and outside the
classroom
- Ability to
use the following software applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access,
Outlook
- Ability to
effectively communicate to technical and non-technical team members
utilizing written and verbal skills, including presentations to small and
large groups
- Experience
managing projects from concept through implementation, in a fast-paced,
team-based environment
