Essential job qualifications for the Continuous Improvement Engineer includes the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree is required. Engineering Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 
• At least one to three years engineering experience within the manufacturing industry.  Co-op or internship experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications as well as Minitab
• Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred
• Practicing knowledge of Lean Sigma principals and tools
• Lean Sigma Green or Black Belt Certified and/or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer preferred
