Essential job qualifications for this Continuous Improvement Technician includes the following:     

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Math, or relevant Science
  • 3 or more years combined engineering experience
  • Experience leading/participating on a variety of continuous improvement events (2P, SUR, 5S, RQI, etc.)
  • Problem-solver who has the ability to proactively navigate and seek knowledge 
  • Experience in manufacturing mass customization of durable goods a plus
  • Responsible for ongoing development of technical and leadership competencies
  • Team player who possesses strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook and AutoCAD. Microsoft Project is preferred
