Position Summary:

Join a dynamic creative content team developing marketing communications for a leading brand. The Content Producer role is responsible for production of multimedia content for customer stories, internal and external company videos, photography and other visual content assets.

 

This individual works closely with members of the content, creative and marketing communications teams & other marketing resources to understand communication objectives and deliverables. The Content Producer is responsible for coordinating all production details, including but not limited to: securing and allocating internal and external resources, identifying locations, creating schedules and shot lists, securing permits, managing timelines and budgets, working with homeowners & trade customers, managing optimal forms of media for projects and assisting with creative concepting. Content producer will also be responsible for collaborating with internal customers on project creative briefs and directing internal video and photo resources on content creation and editing.

 

Essential job duties and responsibilities for the Content Producer include, but are not limited to:

 

·         Coordinate the creation of content for use in online & offline touchpoints with a focus on supporting the Pella brand vision.

·         Produce a wide range of video and photography projects from start to finish, taking part in every step of the production process.

·         Collaborate with departments across the organization to support their objectives and bring their vision to life.

·         Collaborate with and direct internal photographer/videographer on shoots. Oversee editing process.

·         Play a role in advancing the content efforts, including developing content, sharing best practices & industry trends, and providing expertise around production and post-production practices.

 

Essential job requirements for this Content Producer include, but are not limited to:

 

·         Creative thinker, collaborative, and energetic approach

 

·         Organized, problem-solver, multitasker

 

·         Candidate should possess production experience with a feel for a wide variety of projects.

 

·         Candidate needs to be well rounded with experience in or exposure to all aspects of content development.

 

·         Photography and/or videography experience along with camera & accessary knowledge is nice, but not necessary.

 

 

·         Passion for storytelling and brand building.

 

·         Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is required.

 

·         3+ years related experience in creative content production.

 

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with production and editing software desired, but not required.
