Communications and Engagement Specialist - Operations (On-Site or Hybrid)
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A./B.S.) from four-year college or university required with preferred degree program of Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or Human Resources; 2+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Strong written and oral communication skills; solid presentation skills

- Solid business acumen with demonstrated ability to connect business objectives and communication strategies.
- Ability to develop and write creative and compelling content.
- Experience with a range of communication technologies and channels such as intranet, email, social networks, engagement platforms, video production, content management systems, etc.
- Proficiency in various media platforms, both traditional and digital.
