JOB DESCRIPTION
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for establishing, selling, servicing, and maintaining dealer and production builder accounts in support of Bonelli’s product line within the assigned territory (including Phoenix, AZ; Los Angeles, CA;.San Diego, CA; Las Vegas, NV). This position will work to cultivate incremental sales through strong in-market intelligence and the development of strong business relationships within their geography by coordinating events, training, and meetings with contractors to educate them on Bonelli. This position will work in collaboration with the Pella Direct Sales Network (PDSN) and ProDealer sales teams to capitalize on viable market opportunities as they understand the contractors preferred channel for purchase.
This position will manage all facets of the in-market strategy in their area working with key functional leaders assigned to help execute this strategic initiative.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but not limited to:
- Develop and execute strategies that leverage big door products within the single family new (SFN) segment.
- Build and manage a new sales channel for Bonelli doors through targeted distributors.
- Participate in the development and deployment of a dealer distribution model and new go to market model.
- Create/coordinate programs and events in collaboration with corporate resources that attract SFN contractors, such as installation training, lead generation, business management that also allow the introduction of Bonelli’s value proposition to convert from their current door supplier.
- Achieve projected sales results from identified accounts resulting in improved market penetration. Lead the development of programs and promotions. Negotiate program elements including pricing, volume rebate and coop program, and marketplace growth initiatives with the accounts.
- Assess and cultivate strong business relationships with SFN contractors in their market. Including, but not limited to activities around identifying SFN contractors, calling on dealers and contractors to establish credibility, coordination of events, training on Bonelli and understanding contractors’ businesses and how Bonelli could fit their needs.
- Ensure each account receives the appropriate level of account management service in support of establishing an ongoing/long-term relationship with this customer. Ensure a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction is maintained.
- Work in collaboration with other functional areas to enhance products, services & tools necessary to grow share in the R&R (remodel and replacement) segment.
- Responsible for proper communication and market location focus internally and externally. This includes ensuring that the relationships between PDSN, ProDealers and Pella Corporation all remain positive.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Language and Communication Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
