Bilingual Human Resources Representative
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish required.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and human resources experience.
- PHR or SHRM-CP is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Visio required; knowledge of Ceridian or the HRIS systems is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up, problem solving, and creative thinking skills.
- Multi-tasker with the ability to maintain confidentiality essential.
- Supervisory of support employees as needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Bilingual in Spanish required. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals and policies. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
COMPUTER SKILLS
A basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
