Bilingual Entry Level HR Assistant
Job qualifications for this Bilingual Entry Level HR Assistant include, but are not limited to:
- High School diploma required.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple-tasks in an environment of constant interruptions and be able to prioritize responsibilities.
- Ability to speak effectively before job candidates, external vendors and groups of employees within the organization.
- Ability to speak Spanish is highly preferred.
- Ability to apply basic math formulas within a spreadsheet.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality as it pertains to employee/HR related matters.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills including advanced skills in Excel are preferred.
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System and PeopleSoft helpful, but not required.
