Aviation Mechanic
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS for the aviation mechanic include the following:

Satisfactory completion of appropriate courses of instruction from a recognized trade school, possess necessary FAA Aircraft Mechanic Airframe and a background of verifiable practical experience as an active aircraft mechanic.

At least four years related experience required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Aircraft specific software programs, and Flight Management Software (ie: BART).

An FAA Certification is required

Must be A&P with IA privileges.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
