Administrative Assistant
Essential job qualifications for this Administrative Assistant includes the following:
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and successfully organize calendars, events, travel arrangements, etc.
- Ability to use the following software applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat, SharePoint Oracle
- Ability to be successful in a fast-paced, team-based work environment
